Accessibility

Accessibility in all forms is important to us and a joy to enable, so as many folks as possible can enjoy the festival! If there’s a specific way we can help you navigate a space so you can just show up and be in community, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accomodate your needs.

Is ASL Interpretation available?

Six shows across our festival will have ASL Interpretation by queer interpreters. A list of these will be added here shortly. In the meantime, if you’d like to request an ASL interpreter be available at a show, please contact us!

Do you have Covid safety measures in place?

Heck yeah. All of our shows are mask required. We are pleased to be partnering with Mask Bloc LA, a mutual aid org donating masks for our festival’s run. We will also be providing air purifiers at our venues for performers.

View our full COVID policy here.

Is streaming available?

Yes! Can’t make it to the theatre? We got you covered. Most shows will be livestreamed, with clear, multi-cam professional cameras. Many livestreams will also be made available after the event.

What is accessibility like at the venue?

Hudson Theater

The primary venue for all our shows! This main entrance to the theater is up a flight of stairs, however there is also an accessible entrance to step-free theater seats. In order to access these seats, please select the accessible seat option when you purchase your tickets.

The lobby and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and step-free. The doorway to the bathrooms and theater is narrow (28 inches wide) please let us know if this presents an issue as there is a wider entrance available if needed.

Parking is valet or street parking only.

This theater also offers assisted listening devices to anyone who needs them!

Dynasty Typewriter

The venue is stair free from sidewalk to showroom, and bathrooms are ADA compliant.

Nearby parking can be sparse, street parking only.

Though seating is generally first come first served, Dynasty’s happy to reserve companion seats to accompany a wheelchair space! Please feel free to contact them directly if you like with the size of your party: contact@dynastytypewriter.com

Los Angeles LGBT Center

This venue offers accessible restrooms. ADA Parking is available in the Center’s parking garage.

MCC United Church Of Christ In The Valley

This is our primary space for workshops. The venue is step-free from the street to seating, with ADA compliant restrooms. There is plentiful parking and accessible parking spaces available. The doorway to the main classroom space is narrow (27 inches) but we’re able to shift the classroom location to a more accessible location in the church, just let us know ahead of time!
